Yeongbin Lee (sound collector) and Clemens Böckmann (Autor) explored the darkness. In summer 2018 we did a night hike across the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. For seven consecutive nights, equipped with a tent, map and pen, we hiked 133 kilometers from the Hallig Hooge back to Kiel, each time after dark. In a subsequent, intensive process, we developed the collaborative work 2/133/7 from the individual experiences, notes and sketches.
Night Forest, 2019, Acryl, mixed material on canvas, 180 x 300 cm
