Düsternbrooker Gehölz
In Kiel there is a primeval forest, my favorite place. In August 2017, I was walking in the Düsternbrooker Gehölz every day, collecting sounds in the forest. First I heard, then searched, where the sound comes from. Or I watched the movement and heard the sound. In the atelier, I recorded my experiences from memory. A total of 46 movements and 48 things were found. The collected sounds is then systematized and visualized. From this research emerges a graphic soundscape, with the help of which one can see sounds.
